Hello collectors! I made a purchase today from an antique store of a few pins as I am interested in collecting pins and other historical items from ww2. I made the purchase reluctantly as I have heard of many fakes in this realm. I can't imagine the trouble one would have to go through to fake these items but it certainly seems as though it would be a great undertaking to fool the experts. I am not an expert. I'm reaching out to you with a few images included in hopes of a more experienced eyes opinion. The youth pin is non magnetic but the other two are.

Welcome to the forum Jarzak , I am an insignia and uniform collector . I am sure other members can help with your pins .

Thanks Joe! Hoping I can clarify as I feel like they may be fake. I bought them today while on holidays in Victoria island Canada. Here for a couple more days. The shop here has an iron cross and another NSDAP Supporter's Badge painted one. Oh..and a youth badge as well.

The youth pin looks okay to me. I don't know about the others, not my area of study. There are many fakes of the youth membership pins on the market, and yes the fakers have gone through the trouble of making them. More knowledgeable members here with enamel badge expertise will comment in time I'm sure.
