Original Gausieger 1938?

I have this Gausieger from 1938.
Looks ok to me, but I want to be 100% sure this is a good one.
Someone certain about this Gausieger?

Looks a good one to me. A pity about the small chip in the red enamel field but the engraving is very rare if you ask me. In fact it's the first time I see an engraved Gausieger.
