They are identical with the exception of the text... Deutschen Jungvolk versus Deutsches Jungvolk.

Oh well, the first one contains a nice grammatical error. That's usually something rare.
It was probably in the draft des Deutschen Jungvolks, then it was shortened and the adaptation of the grammar to Deutsches Jungvolk was forgotten.
