It is definitely Schirach. Possibly taken in 1940 as he was a Leutnant in France.

It must be von Schirach. I was mistaken with the wing worn,
which I thought was for Luftwaffe.
It was the oak-leaf wreath for political leaders instead.

If you have a closeup on that photo you will notice it is mid 1936. They Hj boys are wearing the drell jacke with the drill sidecap with eagle. Also one of the boys is wearing the early hj visor cap. Definitedly pre-war
