Yes, that is one of the early sidecaps which where used by several youth-organisations pre 1933. I think they started these in the early 1930s. The two Litzen were offered in different colors. I will check wether I have an Info abbout your colors.
These where photographed at Potsdam 1933. Later reprinted as Sammelbilder.
