Hi, I have a nice HJ uniform on a manequin I keep in a room, which is at a constant temparature and without sunlight. I keep some other uniform items in suit bags. As for the badges these are generally in display cases which again keep everything out of any atmosphere where moisture and heat can start the degrading process. Any daggers and knives I keep in dry concealed wooden boxes, unless I have one or two on display. Generally you want to keep any artifact out of sudden temperature drops or intense light, as well as dust, away from moths, so check the storage bags regularly, and keep an eye out for condensation on windows and windowsills. That moisture has to go somewhere.
