Strange uniform - HJ Bann 134

Good day, gentlemen. Could you please help me? I can see HJ insignia but have absolutely no idea of what this uniform is. Any ideas please?

Clearly not a HJ uniform so.... Could this be a WH M40 wool field jacket with the collar turned up and HJ straps added?
