TWO ACHIEVEMENT BADGES Good or Bad?

Hello Guys,
I have two Achievement Badges I would like to know please if good or bad with your help.
Badge 1 is Black painted & Badge 2 is in a Bronze finish.
I would really like to know if they stand a chance of being Good or Bad.

I don't like the black one at all. The bronze looks okay based on the pics.

I'm new here and learning about the HJ , can you please let me know why the black badge is no good.
What are some of the signs to look out for?

For me it's the general appearance. I don't see any pebbling between the letters on the obverse and the swastika arm grooves have little definition. The condition of the reverse looks too good, like it has been repainted?
