The symbol - four F letters (?) - was used by Deutscher Turnverband (Turnerbund), in different variations.

    See old Forum: Deutscher Turnerbund

I don't remeber what I wrote about the Turnverband in the old Forum. But the four F letters means "Frisch, Fromm, Fröhlich, Frei" ("Hardy, Pious, Cheerful, Free") Friedrich Ludwig Jahn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
