And to complete it, here are the DJ buckles.
    Heavily used.
Makers RZM 36 should be "Knopffabrik von Hofe & Co., Lüdenscheid"

Lately luck is on my side it seems.
DJ buckle from todays yard sale, marked RZM M/4/27 (Overhoff & Co., Lüdenscheid). Unfortunately the claw and pin are missing, but at the price the seller asked I didnt hesitate a second.

    new to the collection:
an early RZM 17 Assman and a quite damaged M4/44 Cramer (I think it is, not sure though).
Also a small 35mm early HJ or SA buckle.

Looks to me like a late war Kriegsmetall buckle! Congrats on this new acquisition! There is zinc in the metal - that is what ended up absorbing the finish of the buckle.

    Cheers!

Zinc is such a pain. Badges or buckles, better stay away from the zinc versions. This one was cheap so I bought it anyway.
