Hi,

Yes, I confirm to you that this HJ buckle is a late pattern, worn at the end of the war and it is genuine.
It is very well preserved and has a beautiful patina. Don't clean it please, It would be a pity to remove this patina.

thanks WIDUKIND, no I wont do anything to it, learned that lesson the hard way on my first T.R. item, a camo lid that I decal dug, lol.

I encourage you in this way, you'll always someone on this forum to advise you. You are absolutely right, you should always document before buying because the fakes are increasingly present on the web or in militaria'show.
