Just got this portrait and one thing that confuses me is the colour of his shoulder board? It looks to be the same colour as the rest of his uniform?
Love to be able to match a tinnie to a photo in wear !

i think this is not a shoulder board but simply a piece of cloth to hold the harness in place .
