Trying to ID uniform

Can someone ID the dark uniform being worn by the woman? BDM leader? Also can someone ID the light colored sleeve triangle being worn by the youth on the left? Is it a rank chevron? Notice the two different size DJ belt buckles. Thanks

Interesting. I would think that this is the Deutsche Jugend in one of the eastern european countries like Croatia, Hungary, Romania etc. I'll try to find out which one.

This should be the Deutsche Jugend in Hungary within the Volksbund der deutschen in Ungarn. That looks to be the V for Volksbund with the corresponding badge design above it:
