Help! Oberbannführer shoulderboards

Today I came across these shoulder boards for an Oberbannführer (pre-1933 pattern)—at least, that’s what the description says. I’m not sure what to make of them. To be honest, I don’t really like the look of them, though who knows—maybe they actually are genuine ...though I doubt it .
I hope some experienced members can help out and share their assessment.

Hi,
I’ve actually held this pair in my hands at a show, and to me, they aren't HJ. An *Oberbannführer* certainly wouldn't have worn something with that kind of workmanship. These boards have been passing through dealers' hands for years.
