Hello, I am a collector of postcards from Hitler Youth summer camps, and I also have many postcards with similar stamps. I can only tell you that each of these stamps is rare, as they were only issued at these specific locations, either for the leaders who were educated at these schools or for the boys who attended such summer camps. Of course, it was the case that at a regional training school in any given year, fewer leaders would have attended in an idyllic mountain region than, for example, at a large summer camp with 400 participants. Therefore, I would already say that this stamp is quite rare. For me, however, the most interesting items are postcards that show an image of the actual facility or summer camp together with a matching stamp. But those are even rarer. That being said, I do come across such stamps relatively often. However, I cannot specifically recall the one you just mentioned. So I would answer your question with yes.
