Beautiful little collection! Yes a Gauseiger or Kreisseiger would look great. Perhaps an HJ-Goldenes Ehrenabzeichen would look great! I notice that 119 Bann for Stuttgart hiding in there. They are always just singles. I am missing one 119 shoulder board for my HJ Stuttgart mannequin display, except mine is the khaki version with red piping. I've never seen that device on that 119 shoulder board you have, do you know what it is?
