Hi folks. I have a small grouping that was from the family of the HJ member, the Knife is an early one (I am a blade guy in education) and the armband looks pretty early to, to my untrained eye's. In the picture the boy looks to be an Luftwaffe helfer? What do you guys think of this one and the...
I've had this one for ages now. I've never really liked it. Long story but I did not like it when it arrived, but it tooks months to get it as the parcel was lost in limbo from the US to Canada. It glows somewhat under UV. The threads burn okay like period thread. It's printed on the normal...
Hello guys,
Here I have another HJ armband.
Looks like uniform removed condition.
What do you think about this one?
An original piece?
It doesn't glow under UV-light.
As it is from my hometown I thought of going for it, but I can't judge whether this is an original HJ armband or not. What are your opinions? Christian.

Hello
I received today a lot of photos who's depict boys in Wehrmacht Heer uniforms but with the HJ armband.
Someone have an idea concerning the status of these young men? Recruits or trainees in a preparatory army school?
Thanks for your help!

Hello
I'm very not familiar with this type of armband. What is the consensus about this? I believe is for the Flemish youth (FJ for Flandern Jugend?). Any helps was appreciated :001_smile:A
Admin Edit: thread title subsequently changed to reflect the identification of this armband
Hi mates,
today I've received a new shirt. The early buttons are hold with rings and are not sewed on. Sadly the bottons at the sleeves are missing. At the right shoulder you can see a repair with a part of brown cloth. I guess no shoulder strap was attached so I think the shirt is an early...
Several years ago I picked up an HJ grouping consisting of knife, canteen, breadbag, belt/buckle, armband and some small items like a stickpin and 5 reichsmark note. The breadbag has a name tag sewn in. I googled the the name and came up with a gentleman in Germany who was some type of...
Here's my latest investment.
A HJ in Waffen-SS uniform with HJ armband and buckle.
I suppose its's from one of the Waffen-SS Wehrertüchjtigungslager (premilitary trainingcamp).
