Just received this picture , What seems unusual well to me anyway is that her lanyard is dressed down over her scarf and toggle has anybody seen this before or did she just dress it this way because she had her Kletterjacke on , steve

hi. i have bdm jacket, that has the numbers 5557 stitched in yard on inside right around pocket area! any ideas why put thereor what this was for, or what number means?
