Interesting flag for Gefolgschaft 4, Unterbann II, Bann 55 Lippe. A regulation dated 21.3.1935 introduced a new numbering system for youth units with a follow-up order issued a week later stating that the Unterbann number was no longer to be included into the unit number which gives us a nice...
Ski BDM tunic private purchase? or rubbish........ - the pants came with it - they are the same material, possibly gabardine and colour.....which is like a "green" ish type of colour, sorry to be vague. The trousers are riding ones or ordinary army breeches, but there is no evidence of any...
Hi everyone,
is there a regulation on how wide the BDM belts had to be ?
Because I have two different: 2.9 centimeter and 3.9 centimeter.
Or maybe one of them belongs to a totally different organisation?
Thanks for help,
Chris

For every 300 HJ shoulderstraps you see you might find one single un-numbered Rzm regulation strap . I was lucky to obtain a pair resently . ..So plain yet so extreamly rare .
this three qtr length DJ blouse i picked up recently at a local militaria show, its RZM regulation according to measurements though no RZM tag is present,it has a 3 button front,.all buttons marked RZM HJ/DJ,.district Nord Nordmark, shoulder board jungbann 463,with Sig rune patch & leader lanyard...
Does anyone have photos showing the bugle (Signalhorn) in use? It would be useful to get as many photos as we can together in one place in order to see just how much variety there was and also to see whether we can find a clear shot of a regulation bugle.
The regulation bugle is described as...
The early Pack HJ's are not often seen, and when they do come up, they are usually in a well used condition. Same can be said for the 'regulation' versions, again not seen that often.
This has to be one of, if not the best, collection of Pack HJ's.
The collection covers all variants, from the...
I saw this photo on ebay. It shows an HJ boy with a really unsual uniform . It apears the youth is wearing a luftwaffe flakhelper blouse with the FH shoulderstraps , If you look at the straps , they have metal anchor devises . Now look at the cap he is wearing . It looks to be a regulation Luft...

Dealer notified me he has black corduroy breeches for sale in small size for young teen.
Who would wear such and item and is it regulation for summer wear? I see them in photos for HJ and DJ leaders but this is a small.
Whilst trying to assist with THIS apparently unknown jacket I was reading a section of regulations and realised that I had never seen a HJ-Bürorock. It first appears in 1935 and the regulation says that it was worn by those on the HJ and DJ staffs when at work (only worn there, nowhere else)...
Enclosed an image from the new auction at Hermann Historica
in May. It may interest HJ collectors as here the very rare music:
patch is showm, which Littlejohn has a drawing from on page 288.
After over thirty years I see again my old DJ brownshirt. The patch
is not mentioned in any...
Check out the different array of uniforms worn in this photograph .
You have 2 Fleiger HJ wearing regulation uniforms.

I'm doing a little bit of research on the Marine-HJ, and I came across a picture (see attached picture 2, the guy without a hat) posted by Alois in an earlier thread of a HJ member wearing a white Kriegsmarine Matrosen Hemd. The question in that specific topic was if he was wearing a white...
I was asked about the black pennants so here's some information on them.
In 1933 there were three official black pennants used by both the BDM and JM. The first (and smallest) of these was the BDM-Mädelschar / Jungmädelschar pennant. Its appearance can be seen in the above picture. As can...
hello, showing this picture here as in my opinion it has 3 possible 4 light gray BDM blouse in wear!
have thought about light shade etc but its clearly not that imo because you can see the 3 madels in the front left hand side one is tucked in behind the other two and her shirt is still white...
