Here is an unusual HJ shirt/jacket with a zipper, Edelweiss on left collar, triangle and a single shoulderstrap on right shoulder.
The photographer is from Budweiz. Could be Budweis in Sudetenland (Today: České Budějovice in Czech Republic).
