1930 Help the Hitler Youth by donating money postcard

I have this postcard and I see its dated 1930? Is this date correct? As it would be the earliest postcard Ive ever had. Anymore info on the card I would really appreciate.

The description says: Helft den Hitlerjungens durch Geldspenden! Sie verdienen es! Help the Hitler boys by donating money! They deserve it!

Date: 29 October 30
Signature: Dr Goebbels

You see the card is (low) numbered and cost 25 Pfennigs (probably a donation too, because as a standard postcard had already a 6 Pfg stamp on it, and in this case here you would still have to pay the postage separately.
