A Berlin gathering?

I have this photo which I believe was taken in Berlin. But this is all I know. I have no idea on a year or their purpose for their gathering. Can anyone please enlighten me on whats going on in this photo?

I am sure this parade of HJ/DJ was part the May day parade held in Berlin in 1937.

Hello, the picture was taken in Berlin. The building in the background with the columns is the Nationalgalerie. On the right you can still see the corner of the Reichstag. regards, Pele
