Just a quick note as I am new to this site. A recent aqusition prompted me to join this site as I have always been interested in HJ since my Uncle came by a HJ wooden fund raising plaque in the early 70s. Will post pics of that at a future post. I have never seen another in 65 years of collecting. On the current items I have posted pictures. I am anxious to find out where this unit was located and company affiliation. Notice all the Vet signatures done neatly in the white banner. They were 333 Combat Engineers. Thank you for any feedback. My thanks to Garry for helping me get started here. I am a retired Marine that mostly collects Marine Corps, Japanese and German items so looking to delve into HJ a bit. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum
739 is MOLSHEIM in Sud/ BADEN gebiet (south BADEN area), curently in the region ALSACE (France annexed to the REICH )

Indeed. Very nice. Unfortunately I don't have an exact location for Mädelgruppe 28/739 yet Gunny but if I find it I'll let you know.

Each BDM Mädelgruppe (approx 150 girls) within the Untergau (739 in your case - approx 3000 girls) carried one of these pennants. We have a running list of surviving male and female flags at this level here :

I added yours today and thanks for showing it. As you can see from the lists, these survivors are really quite rare.
