Are these HJ Wehrertüchtigungslager uniforms ?

I'm not sure what it is, but maybe from a WE-lager.

Hello,

the uniform worn is for the "Reichskuratorium für Jugendertüchtigung" and in this form
was also worn with the training for the SA and NSKK (Ausbildungswesen) in about 1934
and later, and also worn at the "Gemeinschaftslager Hanns Kerrl", a camp for justice training.
