I just got this Motor HJ shoulder strap today.

The reason I bought it is because there is a little fun detail on the back. As can be seen in the picture, 2 small snap fasteners have been sewn on, so that the shoulder straps could be removed when the jacket had to be cleaned.

I've seen the small snap fasteners before - I also have an SS officer's collar mirror, where 4 have been. at the back, but this is the first Hj shoulder strap in my collection with these snaps.

I really like this detail (y)

If you both like it so much, you shall have another copy :biggrin1:.
Also Motor-HJ, by the way.
Of course, this is almost exclusively the version to be sewn in, so that the shoulderstraps could be removed before washing, as Michael said.

Great shoulder board. I like these quick buttons because they kind of liven up the pieces. I also have a pair of triangles with quick buttons.

Here is another pair of straps with press studs, but attached the other way round. I haven't seen them like this before.

Great example and I don't think it mattered which way the snaps were sewn on. I noticed both variants of the patches.
