BDM/HJ sports shirt state crest insignia?

Anyone recognize this state wappen, it's above a diamond on a sports vest.

Looks an original piece.

The only German state to feature a bear in its coat of arms is Anhalt. However, this is Berlin’s coat of arms, as the bear is striding upright. The patch may be linked to the postal service, as it also features a post horn.
