Hi,
With pennants like these, it's almost impossible to give a positive assessment because they don't conform to the standard design and were probably made privately.Personally, I can't say anything more specific about them, but I wouldn't want it in my collection.

Looks like a homemade one...Legit? can't tell that. i would only want this one, if i got it straight from the family..
