Finding more old threads here. Isn't the emblem more Steirische or even Slovakian HJ instead of Croatian?

Saw this cap on ebay recently, it was offered from someone in
Ludbreg, Croatia, and sold for 50 €
Ludbreg is about 100 km south of todays Austrian border.
I don't know what it is, but i would have gone for it If I had had the money.
