Here are a few photos of my latest purchase that I'd like to share with you.

The only thing I wonder about with this shirt is whether the leadership lanyard (black) belongs with it?

Hello Manfred,
that’s a great shirt; the only thing that doesn't quite fit is the cord. The shoulder boards are also appropriate for a *Jungvolk* leader. The cord should be green and white.

I bought this in combination with a DJ Fuhrerbluse and a DJ Fuhrermutze.
I hadn't gotten around to the DJ Fuhrerbluse yet, but I'll attach the fotos.
I'am curious to hear your opinion.

I’d also love to know the answer from a true expert as to why this was. I have this photo in my collection that shows something very similar.

Cool photo, but it's hard for me to see what color the Bann number and the trim are.

What is the story behind the HJ shoulder straps and a DJ S-rune patch?

The Fähnleinführer did not belong to the Führerkorps but rather to the Führerschaft so the shirt (apart from the Black lanyard as has already been mentioned) appears correctly configured. It corresponds to the description of the Ausgehanzug which was the Braunhemd with black tie*, DJ-Shoulderboards, DJ rune and area triangle plus breeches boots etc.

*another primary source from 1941 states that the scarf and toggle were worn. This is seen in the photo in post 9 above.
