Good afternoon all,

I received the other day my latest 45mm DJ buckle. I like DJ buckles as compared to HJ buckles, they were only issued from Nov/Dec 1933 until 31.12.1937, thereafter all DJ wore the HJ buckle. The letters after the RZM , UE and KH were replaced on 09 March 1935 by the M4 code for buckles. As I looked at the buckles I noticed that the rune on the buckle was a different size for each maker, so I thought i would post some photos so you could all have a look.

1. RZM M4/27 - Overhoff & Cie
2. RZM KH 24 - looking for maker name will up date post when found.
3. RZM UE 72 - Paul Cramer.

Best regards...Ewan

Excellent.

Nice buckles

According to Angolia, UE 24 is Friederich Linden, Lüdenscheid, and he also believes that KH 24 is Friederich Linden.

That's what I can find on the RZM KH 24

Good morning Michael,

Thank you for that information. I am going to post photos of my black DJ buckle and a unmarked DJ buckle.

Best regards...Ewan
