To me it look as Streifendienst - BUT I could be mistaken, it is VERY difficult to se if you don't have both types in hand at the same time.

See this threat I started a few years ago - I have been in doubt too:

This is DJ for me. Often difficult to tell the difference on photos but I would say 99.9% DJ leader strap. The DJ grey is too uniform to be dirty Streifendienst imo.
 
DJ leader for me , Streife was a cream white , DJ leader was light grey/white .

not easy sales sites doesn't offer a lot of article

Just made a picture of my ones.. DJ and Streifendienst side by side. The difference is easy to spot. Have a look at the picture. DJ on the left, Streifendienst on the right side
