New in my collection. A DJ Landsknechts drum.
This is a very rare piece. It's from private. She was dry in a basement before she was found.

superb piece, did you clean and reblacken it because it seems impeccable ?
 
You can see Landsknechtstrommel like these in early-ish photos. RJF orders from February, March and July 1936 and Jan 1937 standardised the appearance and construction of these drums so from then they had the more common black/white flame pattern (red/white for the HJ).

Could you please post more photos ? from different angles. I ask as it not often we get a chance to see such an item. Any makers marks, Unit markings?

A beautiful drum. It stood by me for a couple of years and now it can brighten up your collection.
