Es wurde als Patch für HJ Adjutanten beschrieben.

As for a DJ patch being something that a HJ-Adjutant would have worn, I don't see that reflected in the regulations and nor would I expect to see it. Even as late as 1942/3 the position of Adjutant was signified by the Wolfsangel patch worn on the lower left sleeve. I do see an order from 1935 where the position of adjutant to the Gebietsjungvolkführer was introduced. However, no special sleeve patch is mentioned.
