I don't know the maker of the badge but I used to own one just like yours. Usually, the attachments were bought in from companies who specialised in them so it is unlikely that we can attribute a specific badge maker based on the pin. It's a nice little design though and I've only seen this kind on the Arbeiterjugend badges.
