The brown and white piped were used in the period of April 1931 to January 1933 by HJ Gruppe Österreich (Linz) Kärnten during the period when the HJ was affiliated with the SA.

Red? Oh, it's looks brown on my monitor. Is the piping red where it meets the straps and has not been exposed to the sun or light?
