Fake HJ badge - "ERZBRUDERSCHAFT v.HL SEBASTIANUS

I am assuming HJ because of the centre motiff, Writing around says "ERZBRUDERSCHAFT" and v.HL SEBASTIANUS, with a 25 at the bottom. Manufacturer mark says "E. R. Martin & Sohn Bonn" and GES GESCH.

It is well made but I am starting to think it is a genuine badge with a fake HJ badge. It has the feel of a 25 year membership badge (25 years of HJ. What an achievement!) and has tooling marks either side of the HJ badge as if someone has taken off the genuine centre and replaced it with the HJ badge.

I don't know whether the green badge is authentic but it hasn't anything to do with the HJ which makes the presence of the HJ badge very dodgy. The latter looks like an unfinished planchet to be honest which makes it even more suspect. The Erzbruderschaft was basically a religious shooting association that began in 1928 and was eventually banned in March 1936 after its head disagreed with shooting competition being placed under the auspices of the RBL.

Not a real badge in that combination imo.
