Feldbinde der HJ-Führer, Period photos in use?

Here is my HJ Leaders brocade belt (unknown maker) and buckle by Christian Theodor Dicke, Lüdenscheid RZM M4/22. I am curious though whether there are any know photos of these being worn during the period. I know they existed but has anyone ever saw a period photo from some formal event where they were used? I learned from Jeff that Dr. Robert Ley ordered the suspension of party officials wearing the Feldbinde der NSDAP-Führer in 1941 for the duration of the special service (war) remains undone immediate effective the wearing of the field belt (“Feldbinde = brocade belt”), the aiguillette and the large medal bar by the political leaders of the NSDAP. Perhaps a similar thing was in effect for other organizations within the NSDAP, such as the HJ and possibly for this reason you can't find photographs of HJ Leaders wearing this belt and buckle? Just curious, normally no matter how obscure something during the Third Reich was there is always a photo or two.

Hi Adam,

First of all congrats on owning one of these. As far as photos are concerned I'm pretty sure that there is a wedding photo of a HJ leader wearing the Feldbinde on the forum somewhere but here's one from 1940 showing the Feldbinde being worn by three chaps at a parade.

This Feldbinde was introduced in 1938. In 1941 a new set of instructions stipulating what the HJ-Führerkorps uniform was to be for the duration of the war was published and the Feldbinde is not mentioned. Specified is the Führerlederzeug with Feldbindenschloss as part of the Großer Führerdienstanzug.
