Flieger-Technische Vorschule - sticker

Hi everyone

I just got this badge from Flieger-Technische Vorschule.
It is a sticker with a diameter of approx. 80 mm - below are pictures of the front and back + one where you can see the difference in size between the sticker and the regular cloth badge.

Has anyone seen such a badge before and possibly knows where it comes from?
