Its quite a nice clear photo, not coming out to well with my microscope camera but heres the front and reverse scriblings

They are young members of the FAD (Freiwilliger Arbeitdienst).

FAD were like a volunteer community service group established 1931, became RAD in 1935, if the german - english translation worked ok
