Help with SA/HJ baby shoes?

Hello everyone,

Could someone help me with these shoes. I bought them from a collector who said they were SA baby shoes. I had never seen anything like them so I took a chance. They have the correct color, and they have steel toes..LOL

Any help on ID would be great, or if you want to let me know that I just had a paid education and they are nothing, then, that is ok too!

These are just very small and old kids shoes.
They could be from the 30s.
I can not see any connection to HJ or SA.

like tell Christian, there are typical from the 30s or 40s , certainly civil and have nothing from SA.
