I read some messages in this forum regarding this rare badge and its authenticity.
I just saw this offer in an spanish forum and I wish to know your point of view.

These are very questionable badges & no one can prove that they have an original one (other than the old I bought it from the vet story).

Many many threads on the forum about theses badges. Here is just one showing one fake after another going all the way back to 2012: Let's talk about the HJ Honour badge for Distinguished Foreigners - HJ Ehrenzeichen für Verdiente Ausländer

Like Mike said, very little known about them due to the lack of period information. And, the very small number of badges claimed as "real" by certain "names" in collecting all seem to be excused from any meaningful external examination/appraisal. My adivice would be to keep your money until a consensus can be reached on which badges are actually the originals.
