Hitler Youth HJ cap for drivers (Dienstmütze für hauptamtliche Fahrer)

[pimpf]

Hello,

I have just read in the 1939 HJ-Preisliste that there was a Dienstmütze for the "hauptamtliche Fahrer". Who knows what form has this cap ?

Thank you,
Lauri

I'm sure Wim will have accurate information on this one Lauri.

Briefly:
Since fall 1938 these drivers did wear the same form of visored cap as authorized for wearing by members of the Wachgefolgschaft "Baldur von Schirach", the guarding unit.
Their piping was crimson.
Out-of-heart I do not know what was worn before, but it will have been a visored cap with regular piping, but with a black visor (technical units).

That would make sense. Thank you very much for that information
