In September 1944 it was announced that a new cap had been introduced for the Marine-HJ. It was in the style of the HJ summer cap but was in blue cloth with a yellow cord. Has anyone seen one of these?
Hi
Another puzzler. I have looked in the usual reference books but found nothing. A lightweight white cap with sewn on HJ badge. To my eyes it is pretty poor quality, but does have an RZM label.
A search on the web fond these pictures. It is (nearly) identical to this one, but mine is...
Hi
I have a cap with a HJ badge on it which I am not sure about. The material is cotton. The HJ badge is pinned on and there is no RZM label or manufacturers mark. I am unsure what type of cap it is (It could even be civilian with the badge stuck on!)
What caught my eye was the badge on the...
Hi
This is the latest cap I cannot find anything about. It is the gold piping and chinstrap that has me puzzled. I can find descriptions in various books of uniforms about silver piping and chinstrap, but none of gold.
The cap itself appears to be of v.good quality with cushioning for the...
Hi
I have pulled this one out of the collection as being v. suspicious.
It has the feel of being a well made cap with sign of wear in the right places. However in my research of HJ uniforms I cannot find this colour cap mentioned. The RZM label is (ahem) stapled on.
I have seen a...
Hello.. I am in need of your opinion on this Marine HJ cap please.I think it's ok but just in need of another opinion.
Thanks
not the best photos sorry
Just in from 1944. The HJ boy was injuried wearring his cap.
Starting on January 22, 1943, Hitler employed HJ boys to help with the operation of anti-aircraft artillery (Flak). Later, HJ boys manned entire Flak strongholds throughout Germany in the defense of the Fatherland.
ANOTHER ITEM FOR REVIEW FROM A DEALER BEFORE LISTING LOOKS GOOD BUT AM CONCERNED WITH THE CLOTH DIAMOND INSIGNIA ON THIS LEVEL OF CAP THANKS FOR OPINIONS :canada1

Going ahead about information about the website about the stolen collection from my friend Philippe Gillain
and the related announcement (which is somewhat delayed, but will come soon) I would like to show the
members of the forum my favorite from his collection, which is vanished also.
PS: I...
Together with his music chief Wolfgang Stumme, von Schirach emphasized the power of music and song in the context of the HJ's educational endeavour, and himself wrote several HJ songs.
Here af picture of a erly HJ musician in uniform.
Hello all,
I was unsure where else to post this.
I am currently doing some minor research on a family member, I recently found this portrait picture of him while in the HJ.
Could anyone help me with some identification on him?
I'm thinking the triangle is saying "Sud Hochland" which would...
