I think you are wrong about that everyone has such a buckle maybee it is only the 2 of us + Lenny, who posted this:

The one at my profile picure is one.
I found a photo in the past from the guy who found then in the 80's at an attic of an Austrian school.
At the old photo you see some of them together.
mine has 103575. At Wehrmacht award there was a topic like yours. (with the photo of the find in the 80's)

So great read story behind item - my imagination can create dry warm attic, away from plastic white modern world, full of carton boxes with minty buckles, may be tunics heh and armbands. Old time in old items...
May be its because I love archives, I am professional librarian)
ps. I have tagged rzm HJ buckle, steel, Klein Quenzer.
But minty aluminium hitlerjugend buckle (with or without rzm paper tag) is always tasty item!
