HJ badge/tinnie ... Help identify

I got in this photo of a DJ Leader and cannot identify the badge anywhere . If you look closely , you can see that it has a diamond on the bottom so I am assuming it is an HJ/DJ tinnie .
Can anyone positively ID it .

I have seen that before, and I think the two shields either side in the middle are Town crests.. A event day badge I am sure, but don`t know which one.
 
Yeah, does seem familiar that badge. I'll have a trawl through the forum and see if I can find it. Probably from 1943 like the sports badge he is wearing.

Hello,

I managed to identify this wanted badge. This is a HJ Tinnie from a youth hostel : "Hermann Göring Heim".
This house was located in Melle, a city in the district of Osnabrück, Lower Saxony.
