I saw those up, good buy. Bann 766, HJ Obbergebiet West, HJ Gebiet 12 Mosselland. Garry should know exact location of the Bann.

Darin's info on the Gebiet and Obergebiet is good and the straps are for Bann 766 Luxemburg. This Bann was one of those formed to accommodate the 'Luxemburgische Volksjugend' which had been affiliated with the HJ until being fully incorporated in June 1941.
