HJ buckles - Advice needed

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you for your opinion about these 2 HJ belt buckles. The first one I have owned for some years now, and only now I recognised that the paper tag doesn't correspond to the RZM number stamp, which looks odd as well. The second buckle, which has a somewhat funny RZM number,38, I purchased just recently. Any ideas about them??

Buckle looks real,very curious of the tag,and ck the staple used to attach ppr tag,I have seen this before and tag was replica,little more info is needed to 100percent say either way.Hipe this helps
 
Either I'm blind or I'm overlooking the manufacturer you mentioned (M/5 276).

I only see the manufacturer (M4/38) on the buckle and (M/4 115) on the label.
 
Hi , there are 2 different belt buckles , the first 2 photos is one and the 3. and 4. photo is the second one .
