Looking to possibly purchase one of these. Are they good? Newbie asking for advise ans appreciate any you will offer!

Hi...
both original....first is a M4/23 Dr. Franke & Co.,G.m.b.H., Lüdenscheid in nickel-plated steel and the second is a M5/276 Klein & Quenzer, Idar-Oberstein in painted steel
 
Thanks for the reply's guys! I ordered the M4/23 buckle for an outstanding price and as luck would have it, it's lost on the mail!
