I need your opinion on the following HJ DJ Ausweis. A fellow colleague would like to buy it. The price is 45 Euros. So, is that the right price for the Ausweis?

The cover looks as if it's taped together in the photo provided. That lowers the value considerably. I'd hold out for a nicer one for a little more money, unless it's from a particular Bann that he wants. Here's one that's pretty nice and the seller will take insignia trades on.
