It's about a flag that has a collector's colleague. It's a small flag patch on it with RJF 1013. Do you have any idea what the 1013 might mean? Maybe for the department of the RJF?
 
Can you post a photograph of the flag?
 
Here are the pictures of the flag. I have no doubts about the originality, but the RJF 1013 is unknown to me.
